My name is Megan Price, and I have been teaching at Central Junior High School since 2011. I am a 2006 graduate of Frankfort Community High School, and a 2010 graduate of Eastern Illinois University. I worked one year in the Pope County school district before getting my dream job as a teacher in my hometown of West Frankfort. All I have ever wanted to be is a Redbird. I am the Head Coach for the Redbird Volleyball Program, meaning I coach the varsity and 8th grade volleyball teams. I enjoy watching sports of all kinds, but my favorite team to watch is the St. Louis Cardinals! I don't have any children, but I do have a dog named Harley Anne!
My students know me as the teacher who is always smiling and trying to make learning fun. We do a variety of projects and activites throughout the year that keep each student on their toes and that reach out to all learning styles. I am looking forward to many more years with the wonderful people I work with, and most importantly, the kids!
